Ziel des Projektes war es, bereits den allerj\u00fcngsten Freude an der Bewegung zu vermitteln um \u00dcbergewicht und die damit verbundenen Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen zu vermeiden. Jochen K\u00fclper betreute das Projekt und und vermittelte 30 Sch\u00fclern der 4. Klassen zun\u00e4chst die Grundlagen des Seilspringens. Schnell verstanden dann alle auch die Begriffe \u201eBasic Jump\u201c, \u201eSide Straddle\u201c oder \u201eCriss Cross\u201c . Mit viel Freude und Begeisterung lernten die Sch\u00fcler den spielerischen Umgang mit dem Springseil.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nach dem zweist\u00fcndigen Workshop stand schlie\u00dflich als Abschluss eine tolle Vorf\u00fchrung vor den Augen der Mitsch\u00fclern, Eltern und Lehrer bei fetziger Musik auf dem Programm. Alle waren mit Begeisterung dabei und zeigten stolz die gelernten Tricks. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
